Eric founded White & Hotchkiss, PLLC in 1998 and is a proud graduate of Jackson College, Eastern Michigan University, and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. A native of Jackson County, Eric and his wife, Shawn, have four grown children and enjoy traveling. Eric is a retired marathoner and finds his joy at the Country Club of Jackson.

Eric’s practice is primarily the representation of many of Jackson County’s townships and villages along with the Jackson County Treasurer. Eric has extensive experience in debt collection, residential eviction actions, and certain business litigation. Estate planning services and representation in the Probate Court are also areas Eric currently practices in.
